NLPOA Assistance to Family
On May 22, 2020 early in the morning, the home of the Garcia’s in Parlier, CA caught fire. The house was totally damaged and the family of 3 young elementary school girls, 2 High School boys, Grandmother and the Mother of the children lost their home. They were unable to save any items from within the house. NLPOA Fresno County Chapter collected clothes, gifts and made a financial contribution of $500 to the family.
Assistant Superintendent Ruben Diaz coordinated presenting the clothes, gifts and check to the family on behalf of NLPOA. Attached are the letters to the Family and the one from Ruben about the presenting the items.
Thank you to all of those who contributed to the family in need.
Ruben Diaz, President
NLPOA Fresno County
