Congratulations go out to California Highway Patrol Officer Luis Guillen, who will become Sergeant Luis Guillen on March 1, 2018. Luis is a member of the NLPOA Fresno County Chapter and has been involved with the Si Se Puede program, where  over 500 young male High School and Jr High School Latinos from throughout Fresno County come together to listen to Latinos in law enforcement. The discussions range from how the Officers became a Police Officer, what were their obstacles and the importance of a college education. Luis continues to promote the goals and objectives of the NLPOA Fresno County. We are proud of Luis and his accomplishments.
